16.1
Operating instructions
Danger due to electrical voltage!
Handling the machine with connected power supply may result in serious injury or
death.
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before carrying out any
modification and secure it against unintentional reconnection.
Never start the machine with a workpiece pressed down!

Long workpieces must be supported
Property damage and injury by bouncing up the workpiece or tilting of the

Initial check before start
Check that all guards are installed.

Check whether suitable planing knives have been correctly assembled.
•
Check whether the connection to a dust collection system is available.
•
Check that the planer shafts rotate in the correct direction.

CAUTION
1.
Height adjustment of the planing tables
Entry planer table
Loosen the clamping lever (1) and set the cutting
depth with the adjustment lever planer cutting depth
(2). Then fix the clamping lever (1) again
Exit planer table
The height of the back planer table can be adjusted
with the clamping lever (3) and the adjustment lever
(4) and should only be adjusted to the planer shaft if
necessary.
Check scale knife entry planer table = 0

Setting arm and planer knife cover
Height
• Loosen the clamping lever arm planer knife cover
(1) to move the arm
• Then fix the clamping lever (1) again
• Set the desired height with the adjusting screw
(2)
Planer knife cover
• Loosen the clamping screw (3)
• The planer knife cover can be moved and
adapted to the size of the workpiece
• Relock the clamping screw (3) when the desired
position is reached.
