Sleep Mode
The Virtual barrier will automatically fall into sleep mode after 2 hours and the power LED
will turn off.
The Virtual barrier will automatically wake up from the sleep mode when the robot comes
near while cleaning the floor.
When the Virtual barrier is in sleep mode, the robot may pass through the wall when
commanded for manual charging.
Using the virtual barrier
1. Do not use two or more Virtual barriers in near distance to create longer wall or to limit
the cleaning area.
2. The Virtual barrier does not work in manual and spot mode cleaning
3. Exposed to Halogen lamps, or direct sunlight, may weaken the signals of the infrared
transceiver.
4. The robot cleaner uses three type of infrared device and the least signal device may not
work properly if the priority signal device is placed in front of it.
5. The use of all three devices in a small area may confuse the infrared signals to cause
malfunctions.
6. Keep the Virtual barrier at a certain distance from the charger, for if the Virtual barrier is
installed near the charger, it may interfere with automatic charging.
7. The use of more than one Virtual barriers at small area may cause malfunction.
8. The LED lights will be blink if battery level is low. Replace the battery .
9. Separate the battery from the device in case of not in use for long time. (damages due
to leaking batteries is not guaranteed.)
Floor ionizer (2d)*
The floor ionizer purifies the air at the level of the floor by removing harmful substances
such as germs, bacteria and viruses.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
Cleaning the sensor windows
Make sure the sensor windows are always clean and free of wet substances by using a soft,
dry rag.
Foreign substances can provoke mal-functions.
Clean all around the lateral sensor window.(1d)
Clean the three floor sensor windows(3d) using a cotton swab.
Cleaning the charging
Turn off the main power switch and clean the two charging pad using a cotton swab.
