Put the crushing lid 6 on the drive unit 15 .
Put the blades 7 on the central axis of the
crushing container 8 .
Attach the lid 9 to the bottom of the crushing
container 8 as anti-slippery coating .
Give the food into the crushing container 8 .
Close the crushing container 8 with the
crushing lid 6 .
Connect the power plug 1 to a suitable
mains socket .
Crush the food: Press and hold
TURBO 5 , if needed .
After use: Wait until the blades 7 have come
to a complete halt . Disconnect the power plug
1 from the mains socket .
Remove the crushing lid 6 from the crushing
container 8
.
Remove the blades 7 out of the crushing
container 8
.
If you wish to store the food in the crushing
container 8 : Close the crushing container
with the lid 9 .
Removing the food
We recommend removing the food with a
suitable kitchen utensil (e .g . spatula, scraper) .

Vegetable soup

Ingredients:
90 g carrots
90 g potatoes
90 g onions
180 g water
2 .5 g parsley
Salt, pepper (appropriate amount)

Preparation:
Peel and finely chop the onions . Peel and cut
the carrots and potatoes into approximately
2 to 3 cm cubes . Break the parsley into
pieces .
Add the ingredients into a cooker . Pour in
water so that the vegetables are well covered
and boil everything for 10 to 15 minutes until
soft .
Allow the food to cool down to an
appropriate temperature . Pour them into the
liquid container 10 . Blend everything with the
hand blender 14 at TURBO speed for about
1 minute . Season with salt, pepper .
