Remove the molds from the freezer and allow ice to rest, in the mold, for up to 10 minutes
this is called "Tempering" and is recommended to achieve ideal Shave Ice results.
Alternative Steps: Remove the lid, turn the ice mold on its side and run it under lukewarm
water for 15 – 20 seconds, rotating the mold to wet all sides. Turn the mold upside down
and press firmly on the mold upside down and press firmly on the bottom/sides of the mold
to extract the puck.
NOTE: If you follow option alternative steps above, the recommended tempering time may
be greatly reduced. Your ice is properly tempered when a wet, glossy sheen covers the
entire surface. This can take up to 10 minutes under some circumstances.

Before using your Shave Ice Attachment, clean it by following the detailed instructions in "Care
