Ensure you have a safe and well-balanced

posture, especially on platforms as well as
on high and/or inclined, uneven or slippy
working surfaces.
The air nailer must not be used from a ladder.

Air nailers must not be used to close boxes or
■
crates.
The air nailer must not be used to attach trans-
■
port locks to vehicles and trucks.
In the following situations, nails can
break into several parts after their inser-
tion causing severe injuries:
If too soft, thin or too hard materials are
■
penetrated or if the penetration depth is set
too high.
If nails impact other nails after penetration.
■
Maintain at least 5 cm distance from edges
■
and corners.
Do not use the air nailer if people are present
■
opposite to the nailer.
Always position the air nailer at an angle of
■
90° to the surface.
Protection of persons:
Do not hold the handle too forcefully.
■
Take a break if your fingers/arms feel numb,
■
extremely hot or cold or you are suffering from
pins and needles. Consult a doctor if such
symptoms keep occurring.
Safety instructions
Property damage:
Do not use the air nailer in the rain or in very
■
damp surroundings.
Do not expose the air nailer to high tempera-
■
tures, e.g. direct sunlight.
Only use the air nailer outdoors or in well
■
ventilated areas at temperatures between
-10°C and 40°C.
Do not use the air nailer with an empty
■
magazine.
Only store the air nailer in dry, frost-free
■
rooms.
Stop work immediately in the following
situations:
If the hose is visible damaged.
■
If screws or other parts have come free or
■
fallen from the device.
Residual risks
In spite of observation of the applicable safety
regulations and use of protective devices, certain
risks cannot be avoided. These include:
Damage to hearing.

Risk of injury due to projectile parts.
■
Risk of burns due to accessories becoming hot
■
during operation.
Risk of injury due to persistent use.
