WARRANTY
For 1 year from the date of purchase, this product will be repaired, free of charge, if defective in material or workmanship.
For a full 10 years, if the motor on this product is defective, a replacement motor will be furnished free of charge. You pay for labor.
If the belt on this Garage Door Opener requires replacement, a new belt will be furnished free of charge. You pay for labor.
This Craftsman Garage Door Opener Limited Warranty does not cover light bulbs or repair parts necessary because of operator abuse or negligence, including the failure to install, adjust and
operate this garage door opener according to instructions contained in the owner's manual. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly maintain garage door hardware and perform
maintenance as indicated in the garage door manual. This limited warranty also does not cover any problems caused by interference.
SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS, EXPENSE OR DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OR EXPENSE DUE DIRECTLY
OR INDIRECTLY TO THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. Some provinces do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you.
Except for the motor, all implied warranties for this product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fi tness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration
of 1-year for parts and services as set forth above. All implied warranties with respect to the motor are limited in duration to one through 10-years as set forth above. No implied warranties
will exist or apply after such periods. Some provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
