Emptying the collection bag for

No material flow

pattern is not as de-

Other errors
before it has been purified.
Possible cause
The air is not dry enough.
Air pressure is too low.
The attachment is not fitted
correctly.
Blocked sandblasting material
lines.
The air is not dry enough.
The size of the sandblasting
material is not consistent.
The sandblasting material is
contaminated.
The attachment is worn-out.
You can remove excess sandblasting material
which has collected in the collection bag
through the zip. Alternatively, you can loosen
the screw clamp using a screwdriver and

remove the collection bag
Solution
Install a water separator in your compressed
air system.
Increase the pressure of the compressor.
Ensure that the attachment fits tightly on the
product and that no air can leak from the
sides.
Check that there are no lumps of sandblast-
ing material blocking the lines. For best
results use a blow-out gun to clean blocked
lines (wear protective glasses!). Also check
the outlet of the tank.
Install a water separator in your
compressed air system.
Replace the sandblasting material.
Purify/replace the sandblasting material.
Replace the attachment.
Contact a specialist or retailer.
