Possible Cause
Power is not securely
connected.
Water level indicator is
illuminated.
Room temperature

cleaning.
Air duct is blocked.
A door or window is open

Operating mode and/or
temperature are not set

Exhaust hose is detached.
Overflow occurred while
moving the unit.
Drain hose is kinked or
bent.
Unit is not securely
positioned.
Loose/vibrating parts
Refrigerant (listen for the
sound of flowing liquid)
Communication errors
between main PCB and
display PCB.
Solution
Insert power cord
securely into the wall
outlet and ensure outlet
has sufficient power.
Empty drain pan by
removing rubber plug.
Operating temperature
range is 5-35℃. Check if
room temperature is
above or below this
range.
Clean air filter as
necessary.
Remove obstruction.
Keep doors and windows
closed.
Set the mode and
temperature according to
manual instructions
Securely attach exhaust
hose.
Empty water tank before
transport.
Straighten hose.
Place the unit on
horizontal and firm
ground.
Safely secure and tighten
the parts.
Noise comes from
flowing refrigerant. This
is normal.
Check the wire harness of
the display PCB for
damage.
