VERMICULITE FIRE BRICK INSTALLATION SEQUENCE – WESTFIRE WF UNIQ26 / WF UNIQ27 / WF UNIQ28

Insert both base bricks
(9 and 10) on their
respective sides. Place
the metal spacer (12)
in between bricks
at front with curved
edge, facing the rear
of the chamber.
Fit rear brick (3) in
the space behind the
two base bricks (9
and 10) with edges
sloping to the back
of the stove.
Insert top turbulence
bricks (1 and 2) by
manoeuvring the bricks
once they are above
the side support panels.
Place bricks balanced
on both support panels
and central beam.
Place baffle brick (8)
with back side resting
on top of the rear brick
(3). Hold up baffle while
metal pins are placed in
pre-drilled holes of the
side bricks (4 and 5).

Place base grate
(11) between the
two base bricks.

Place both side
bricks (4 and 5)
with their angled
edge matching the
rear brick's edges
and ensure that the
two meet flush.

Fit small side
panels (6 and 7) in
front of the main
side panels.
