Possible cause
The dishwasher makes a sound
when the dispenser cover is
open and the drain pump is
operating.
The dishwasher is not level.
The nozzle bumps against the
dishes, creating a chopping
sound.
Coffee and tea soils.
The power cord is not
connected.
The nozzles are clogged with
food particles.
The water is too hard.
Air gets into the protective
film, causing EPS marks to
remain.
This may occur:
• If using generic kitchen
detergent.
• If loading a dish that
generic kitchen detergent
has been applied to.
• If inputting more than
required water.
Action
• This is normal.
• Make sure the dishwasher
is level.
• Rearrange the dishes.
• Use a cycle with a higher
temperature.
• Check power supply is
present.
• Clean the nozzles.
• Make sure the salt fill
indicator and softener
settings are correct
according to the water
hardness of your area.
• Make sure the salt storage
cap is correctly fastened.
• Remove the protective film
from the control panel.
• Turn the dishwasher off and
remove the bubbles.
• If the dishwasher bubbles
up severely, wait until the
foam subsides. Then, run
the Cancel & Drain cycle
followed by the Pre Wash
process 2-3 times.
