HEADLIGHT AIMING
Your headlights are equipped with aim pads and are designed to be aimed mechanically. We recommend getting your
workplace ready before aiming your headlights. The vehicle should be parked on a flat, level surface, and is empty,
clean of mud and ice, and all tires are properly inflated. Check and clean the headlights and aiming pads. Rock the
vehicle to equalize the springs, and check them for sag or broken leaves.
1. Attach the 7" circular adaptor to each aimer.
Adaptors will easily snap into place when properly
positioned.
1.
2. Steel inserts are molded into position in the adaptor
to ensure accuracy. These inserts must be in contact
with three aiming pads on the lamps when the aimer is
properly positioned.

5. Adjust the rods to the required number position.
To adjust, turn the rods to the neutral position, and
slide in or out to the proper setting, then turn the rod

counter-clockwise to lock in an even number.
