Flip the base over onto it's legs. Place the base on a level surface. Check
that the bolt holes in leg B (#10) is on the front left-hand side when facing
the base.

Position the media hopper (#7) with the bottom door latch (#13) facing the
front. Carefully lower the media hopper into the base opening. It will rest
on top of the base. Check that it is firmly seated and the bolt holes align
on all sides before proceeding.
9.
Make sure the blasting cabinet (#1) door is closed and latched before
lifting.
10. Lift the blasting cabinet top and place onto the base. Make sure the door
is facing the front.
11.
Carefully open the front door fully. Check that the upper cabinet's bolt
holes on the inner rim are aligned with the ones on the media hopper and
base.
12. Insert and tighten an M6 x 16 screw with matching washer (#2) into each
of the 22 bolt holes to secure the upper cabinet, media hopper and base
together.
13. Dust collector assembly (#19).
a.
Pull the lid upward and remove the motor, motor cover and filter
from the housing.
b.
Remove the striker plate and locknut from the shaker knob by
turning them counterclockwise. Keep the spring with the shaker
knob shaft.
c.
Insert the shaker knob shaft through the side port on the housing.
d.
Screw the striker plate and locknut back onto the shaker knob shaft
with clockwise turns. Tighten the nuts with wrenches.
e.
Place the dust collector's motor housing into the lower housing.
Close the two catches to secure the housing.
f.
Slide the gasket over the dust collector's intake pipe.
g.
Insert the dust collector intake pipe through the outlet port in the
rear, right-hand side port. Make sure the gasket seals the outlet port.
h.
Align the bolt holes on the dust collector's struts with the bolt holes
on the cabinet. Insert an M6 x 12 bolt through each set of bolt holes.
