Cause and troubleshooting
Drive is not in the parked position.
Set the rotary switch to

If the swivel arm doesn't close, remove the tool.

Close the swivel arm until it is correctly engaged in

Set the rotary switch briefly to and then back to

a The drive remains on for a short time until the
parked position is reached.
The distance to the bowl is not set correctly.
Correct the fine adjustment of the beating whisk.
