Smooth TILT-movements:
This function can only be ajusted in the 16-bit-mode. This function enables to increase the resolution of the TILT-
movements even more, so that the mirror can be positioned even more exactly. Per movement, the resolution
can be increased by up to 20 more microsteps.
Press the Function-button. The display shows TS_ _ (and the current setting).
Please adjust the desired settings via the Up-/Down-buttons (0-25).
Press the Enter-button in order to save the settings of step 1..
Programming step 2:
Select the next step via the Step-button and the settings of the first step will be copied to the second.
Caution: If the next step has already been programmed, pressing the Step-button will delete the settings.
If you do not wish to overwrite the next step, you have to select the next step via theUp-/Down-buttons. If there
is no further step available, you have to press the Step-button.
Press the Function-button and adjust the settings like described above.
With the Up/Down-buttons, you can check the programmed steps.
Press the Enter-button in order to confirm the settings.
Caution: As soon as you press the Enter-button for the second time, you will finish the current program.
All higher steps, which have already been programmed, will be deleted.
At the end of the program press the Enter-button and the display will show „." after the last number.

4.5 Programming a sequence

A sequence is the combination of various different programs, which will be run in the programmed order. In order
to obtain alternating projections, we recommend to program a sequence of different programs.
In the run-mode, a step equals a program. By linking several programs, a sequence is created.
Press the Enter-button.
Press the Run-button.
Press the Step-button, and the display shows the number of the first step and the program-number.
Choose the desired program via the Up-/Down-buttons (1-10).
Press the Step-button, and the display shows the number of the second step and the program-number.
Choose the desired program via the Up-/Down-buttons (1-10).
Caution: As soon as you press the Enter-button, you will complete the current sequence. All higher steps,
which have already been programmed, will be deleted.
At the end of the sequence press the Enter-button and the display will show „." after the last number.

4.6 Calling up a sequence

Remark: If the projector is run for the first time or if you have not programmed any sequence, the projector
will run through program 1-10.
Press the Run-button and the display will show „RUN".
Press the Enter-button. The projector runs through the current sequence, and „RUN" and the current program
will flash in the display.

4.7 Switching the device off

Press the Program-button in order to stop the program. Press the Mode-button in order to set the device in
blackout-mode. Hold the Function-button (the display shows „OFF") and press the Enter-button. The device
switches off and is in stand-by mode.
Caution: If operation periods have been programmed and if the device should start automatically, it is
absolutely essential that the Power-switch is set to ON. The device must remain in standby-mode.
If the device is to be taken out of operation for a longer period of time, the power switch is to be set to OFF and
the device is to be disconnected. The internal battery backup will store the settings for up to two years.

5.1 DMX-512 connection

Your Advertising Scan offers the possibility of external programming via a DMX-controller. You can use every
standard DMX-controller for 8 or 11 DMX-channels, respectively.
Please note that you have to adjust the operational settings on the projector head. In particular, you have to
consider whether you want to run the projector in the 8-bit-mode (7 control channels) or in the 16-bit-mode (11
control channels). You can then install the scanner and program via your DMX-controller.
