USING THE DIGITAL DISPLAY
Sleep Mode: When the oven is not in use, the function buttons and digital display are
not illuminated. If the oven is not in use and the controls are not touched for 5 minutes,
it will go to sleep.
Standby Mode: When you press any of the buttons or turn any of the dials, the function
buttons will illuminate. If you select a function, it will illuminate more than the other
functions and the digital display will flash. This indicates the oven is ready to be started.
If the timer is at 0:00, you'll need to put time on the oven before starting the oven.
Power On: When you have selected your desired function, temperature, and cook time,
press the start/stop button. The oven will power on and the digital display will stop
flashing and start counting down. After 30 seconds, the heating elements will glow.
During operation, the heating elements will cycle on and off to maintain the desired
temperature.
Add Time: To add time while the unit is running, turn the Time/Temp knob to add more time.
Change Temperature: To change the temperature while the unit is running (in most
functions), press the Time/Temp knob to toggle to the setting then turn the time/
temp knob to change the temperature.
Pause: When the Start/Stop button is pressed before the timer reaches zero, the
heating elements turn off. The digital display flashes. The display shows the time left
on the cooking cycle. To restart the cooking cycle, press the Start/Stop button and the
timer starts again.
-Horizontal lines represent the oven's upper and lower heating elements. When
illuminated, the oven uses those heating elements for cooking
-Fan icon represents the oven's convection fan which circulates hot air in the
oven for fast and even cooking on several functions. When illuminated, the
oven uses the convection fan for cooking. When the icon is flashing, the oven is
cycling the fan on and off for performance tailored for that cooking mode.

Switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit: The user can switch the temperature
display from Celsius to Fahrenheit by holding down the pushbutton temperature/timer
dial for more than 5 seconds and rotating the dial left or right. The display should show
"F" or "C" in the last digit to demonstrate which is the setting until any of the controls
are touched again.
