PRE-SELECTING SPEED.
The mixer is equipped with a gear selector, ma-
king it possible to use two different ranges of spin
speeds depending on the type of material being
mixed (6). Using the gear control the speed can
be selected continuously. The required speed will
depend on the type of material being mixed, with
the recommendation that a test is carried out with
a small quantity beforehand. Two speed ranges
may be selected. Range I: 200 - 480 RPM. Range
II: 250 - 680 RPM.
SPEED REGULATOR.
The mixer is equipped with a speed regulator (7).
The ideal speed adjustment for each application
mainly depends on the user's preferences.
ELECTRONICS PARAMETERS.
The electronic parameters keep the speed bet-
ween load and no-load nearly constant and ensu-
res uniform mixing of the materials.
ELECTRONIC OVERLOAD PROTECTION.
In case that the mixer is extremely forced, an elec-
tronic protection protects the motor from damage.
In this case, the motor stops and restarts only after
the feeding pressure is reduced.
ELECTRONIC OVERHEATING PROTECTION.
To protect the motor from overheating at extreme
permanent load, it is switched off by the electronic
protection system when a critical temperature is
reached. After a cooling-down period of approxi-
mately 3 and 5 minutes, the mixer is again ready
for use and can be fully loaded.
MIX PROCESS.
The election of the mixer mechanism (stirrer) is
decisive for the result of the mixture. Two factors
are determining at the time of making this deci-
sion: the volume to be mixed defines the diameter
of the mixer mechanism and the type of material
defines the geometry of the mixer mechanism.
MIXING WAY.
The material is lead upwards from the bottom of
the container, happening through the center of the
mix mechanism, returning to flow laterally down-
wards. Suitable for dry mixtures like mortar, paste
sticky, substances that contain sand and gravel.
The mixer mechanism crosses the mixture mate-
rials easily.
ERGONOMICS.
Less muscular force is required and the engine
power is more used. A body relaxed position and
the handling of the grip make easier the working
process. The mixer has been designed until the
last detail considering ergonomic aspects. Ergo-
nomic design handle in accordance with the posi-
tion of the hand; in order to work in a relaxed way
and without unnecessary efforts.
MAINTENANCE.
The mixer has been designed for a long working
life with minimum maintenance. Optimum use
depends on correct care of the mixer and regu-
lar cleaning. To prevent accidents, always unplug
the mixer from the power source before cleaning
or performing any maintenance. The mixer may
be cleaned effectively using compressed air after
each use. If compressed air is not available, use a
brush to remove dust from the mixer. Motor venti-
lation vents and switch levers must be dept clean
and free of foreign matter. Do not attempt to clean
by inserting pointed objects through openings. Ce-
tain cleaning agents and solvents damage plastic
parts, among them are gasoline, carbon tetrachlo-
ride, chlorinated cleaning solvents, ammonia and
household cleaners containing ammonia. Do not
use any of these to clean the mixer. Should exces-
sive sparking occur, have a Werku official repair
service exam and/or replace the carbon brushes.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION.
The materials and components that have been
used to manufacture this product can be re-used
and recycled. Werku is adhered to an Integrated
Management System that is in charge of the co-
rrect elimination of the residues of this product. Do
not eliminate this product with domestic residues.
Werku offers to its clients a free collection service
of these residues through any of its sale points, or
in the collection points established by the Integra-
ted Management System or in the recycling point
of your locality.
WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SERVICE.
Werku offers a warranty that covers the repair of
all defects found due to faults in the materials or
manufacture. For this cover to be effective it is
necessary for these defects to appear within the
validity period. The consumer is entitled to free
repair of all defects (shipping costs, labour costs
and materials included), either via the repair or by
