PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
INTENDED USE
This product was designed and manufactured to
be used for cutting of metal objects. Environmen-
tal conditions during operation as follows:
Temperature of -10°C to +40°C.

Humidity ≤50% at 40°C and ≤90% at 20°C

Power supply requirements:
Frequency fluctuation should be less than ±1% of rat-

ed value.
Fluctuation of voltage should be less than ±10% of
f
rated value.
Any other use differing from those mentioned
above could be hazardous, harm people and/or
damage nearby property and the product itself.
IMPROPER USE
The machine must not be used for handling haz-
ardous materials, e.g. accumulation of inflamma-
ble or explosive products, solid material or any
other object that could be dangerous to the ma-
chine itself as well as the operator, bystanders,
animals or property. Examples of improper use
may include, but are not limited to operating the
machine:
Without the original accessories supplied by the man-

ufacturer.
With original accessories but in a way not in accor-

dance to the instructions.
Without original spare parts.

With unauthorized modifications.

PREPARATION
Unpacking and completing the assembly should
be done on a flat and stable surface, with enough
space for moving the machine and its packaging,
always making use of suitable equipment.
WARNING
Always unplug your machine from power source
before any adjustment.
OPERATION
WARNING
Do not operate the machine if the power cable,
ground clamp, torch cables and any wire or wire
connections are wet. Do not immerse them in wa-
ter. These components and the machine must be
completely dry before attempting to use them.
Connect the ground clamp as close to the area
being cut as possible to ensure a good ground. Do
not allow any body part to come in contact with
the cutting torch head if you are in contact with
the material being cut. Do not drape cables over
or around your body. Always use the device with-
in its rated duty cycle to prevent overheating and
breakdown. Allow proper cooling time between
duty cycles. Do not point cutting torch at any body
