Operating instructions
High pressure cleaning with cold water
1. Fill the fuel tanks (see previous section "Filling the fuel tanks'').
2. Ensure the water supply is connected and flowing properly.
3. Install a high-pressure nozzle (L in fi gure 8) on quick connector at the end of the
wand:
Yellow = 15 ° angle, for severe dirt
Green = 25 ° angle, for medium dirt
White = 40 ° angle, for light dirt or rinsing.
ALWAYS ensure that nozzle is properly secured into quick connect coupler
4. Start the engine as previously specifi ed in "Starting the engine" section.
and PUSH throttle lever to MAXIMUM speed position.
5. Squeeze gun trigger and clean. Always use the spray gun in a continuous cycle.
DO NOT operate intermittently by opening and closing of the gun in cycles of
less than 5 seconds.
6. The pressure can be adjusted using the high-pressure regulator (M in fi gure 9)
up to 4000 psi. Pressure output can be monitored with pressure gauge (N in
fi gure 9).
7. To shut down, see the «Shutdown» section later in this manual.
WARNING:
• The muffl er and other parts of the engine get very hot.
DO NOT touch with bare hands.
High pressure cleaning with hot water
1. Follow the steps in the previous section "High pressure cleaning with
cold water».
2. Activate the burner switch on the electronic LOGIC CONTROL panel (O in
fi gure 10).
3. Adjust the desired temperature using the arrows on the LOGIC CONTROL
(P on fi gure 10).
4. DO NOT leave the burner ON when the oil tank is empty. The oil pump will be
damaged.
5. To shut down, reference «Shutdown» section later in this manual.
WARNING:
• The muffl er and other parts of the engine, the heating coil, the outlet plumbing,
hose reel, hose, spray gun, wand and nozzles get very hot.
DO NOT touch with bare hands.
• In the event fuel is spilled, clean thoroughly and allow vapors to dissipate
before starting the engine.
• DO NOT refi ll fuel while smoking, near an open flame, spark other heat source.
