This material has been developed solely for use in dentistry. Processing should be carried out strictly according to the Instructions for Use. Liability cannot be accepted for damage resulting from
failure to observe the Instructions for the stipulated area of application. The user is responsible for testing the material for its suitability and use for any purpose not explicitly stated in the Instruc-
tions. Descriptions and data constitute no warranty of attributes and are not binding.
– Always place set invested rings in the burnout furnace with the opening facing downward, preferably
at a 45° angle.
– If several investments are carried out at once, the investment rings should be placed into the preheating
furnace in 20-minutes' intervals.
– The investment rings must not touch each other. Permit air circulation.
– When divesting the object, make sure that you remove only excess investment material during preblasting
at 4 bar pressure. Be careful not to blast the ceramic object at this pressure.
– Do not open the burnout furnace during the first 30 minutes of preheating since the wax vapour
could ignite when exposed to air and cause a burn!
– Warning: The investment material contains quartz powder. Inhalation of dust should be avoided.
(Prolonged exposure to dust may cause lung damage and silicosis).
