b. Unlock the equaliser grub screw (14) releasing the hollow screw (15).
c. Turn the grub screw (14) towards your right if you want to backward the blade, and towards your
left if you want to forward the blade.
d. Turn round with your hand the top pulley and make sure the blade position is correct.
e. Holding on to the grub screw (14), fasten tighten the hollow screw.
f. Turn on the machine for a few seconds and verify the correct position of the blade. If it is not
correct, go over the steps mentioned again, as many times as necessary.
g. Screw the cover cap (16).
8.3. Lubricating
The thickness top rail-guide (10) must be lubricated
It is also necessary to lubricate the rail guides and the feather of the tension device which are located
behind the top pulley. Use paraffin oil.
The rest of the machine should not be lubricated.

SOUND LEVEL: The band saw maintains an acoustic level under the 70 decibels (A).
10 TROUBLE SHOOTING
10.1. Problem: The band saw does not start.

Damaged plug.

Incorrect
voltage.

Other cases.
10.2. Problem: A slow engine start or overheat.
Incorrect voltage.
10.3. Problem: Product does not cut well enough. Tail on uncut product.
Unsharpened blade
10.4. Problem: The blade spins in the opposite direction.
Defective connection
11 LIABILITY
No liability will be accepted when the damages caused by inadequate use, defective handling,
structural modifications, removal of the protection devices or use of spare parts which are not
from the manufacturer. The seller will not be liable to the buyer when the damages are caused
to a natural wear out of the machine.
A wrong use of the machine, as well as to use it to cut not food products, increases the risk for
the operator. The seller will not be responsible in case of a bad use of the bandsaw.
