Fermer le bouchon n'a d'intérêt que pour ne pas
désamorcer la pompe, donc le fermer
l'air à l'intérieur du filtre est entièrement évacué.
Le purgeur d'air automatique est un accessoire dont il
faut surveiller régulièrement le bon fonctionnement,
à chaque début de saison et lors des opérations
d'entretien du filtre.
Pour cela, assurez-vous de la présence des sons lors
de la mise en route du filtre, ainsi vérifiez que :
L'air s'expulse du purgeur par un petit bruit continue
après la mise en route de la pompe lorsqu'il faut
vider l'air du filtre. Surveillez votre manomètre de
filtre.
Le bouchon du purgeur doit être ouvert/dévissé.
Si le niveau d'eau monte dans votre filtre et qu'il
n'y a pas de bruit au niveau du purgeur, la pression
STOPPER IMMEDIATEMENT VOTRE
augmente :
POMPE.
Si le bouchon du purgeur est bien en position
ouverte/dévissée,
dysfonctionnement au niveau du purgeur qui sera
à remplacer.
Le clapet à l'intérieur du purgeur se ferme à la
fin de l'expulsion de l'air : il y a un petit bruit bref
et distinct puis un silence complet du purgeur
signifiant que le purgeur est maintenant verrouillé.
Dans le cas contraire le purgeur est également à
remplacer
En aucun cas, n'effectuez de modification sur le
produit.
Tout remplacement se fait par un produit
provenant
du
fabricant
purgeur manuel ou vis de purge rainurée).

6. MISE EN SERVICE
Pour chaque mise en route, procédez de la manière suivante :
! • Dévisser la vis ou la vanne de purge d'air du couvercle
(il n'est pas nécessaire+ de l'enlever, il possède une
rainure pour que l'air puisse passer). Cette vis est
équipée d'un joint torique pour assurer l'étanchéité.
Vérifier sa présence.
• Placer le système de vannes traditionnelles en position
« filtration ».
• Ouvrir les vannes des tuyauteries d'aspiration de la piscine.
• Mettre en route la pompe pour remplir progressivement
le filtre en eau. Être très vigilant lors de cette étape et
rester à proximité de la pompe de la manière à pouvoir
l'arrêter à tout moment.
• Fermer la vis ou la vanne de purge d'air lorsque de l'eau
sort de l'orifice.

The automatic air vent is an accessory whose proper
functioning must be checked regularly, at the start of
each season and during filter maintenance operations.

continuous noise after starting the pump when it
is necessary to empty the air from the filter. Check
your filter pressure gauge.
The vent plug must be opened/unscrewed.
If the water level rises in your filter and there is no

At each start-up, do the following:
• Unscrew the air-bleed screw or valve in the lid (it is

watertight. Check that this seal is present.
• Place the multiport valve or traditional valve system in the
«filter» position.
• Open the valves for the pool suction pipes.
• Start the pump and gradually fill the filter with water. Pay
careful attention during this stage and stay close to the
pump so that you can stop it at any time.
• Close the air bleed screw or valve as soon as water starts
coming out of the hole.
