13.1 Exclusions de garantie
• La garantie ne s'applique pas si l'installation n'est
pas en tous points conforme à celle décrite dans
ce manuel.
• La cession d'un appareil déjà installé annule la
garantie. Cette exclusion doit être portée à la
connaissance du nouveau propriétaire, et sera
réputée comme acceptée par lui en cas d'incident.
• La garantie ne couvre pas les points suivants :
– Toute adaptation ou modification visant
à améliorer le produit par rapport à ses
performances initiales, telles qu'elles sont
décrites dans ce manuel, sans l'accord
écrit préalable de ACIS.
– Coûts de transports et les risques de
transport.
• Détériorations résultant de :
– Mauvais
emploi,
inappropriée du dispositif ne respectant
pas les instructions de la présente notice
concernant l'installation ;
– Modifications
des
intervenants
parl'utilisateur lui même ;

• The warranty does not apply if the system does not
comply entirely with that set out in this manual.
• The sale/transfer of a unit already installed voids the
warranty. The new owner must be made aware of this
exclusion and shall be deemed to have accepted it in
the event of an incident.
• The warranty does not cover the following:

Any adaptation or modification intended to
improve the product in relation to its initial
performance, as set out in this manual,
without the prior written agreement of ACIS.

Transport costs and risks.
• Damage resulting from:

Misuse, inappropriate use of the device that
fails to comply with the instructions in this
manual regarding installation,
