USING THE CONTROLLER
V
IEWING TEMPERATURES
1. Temperatures are displayed to one tenth of a degree. When a
termperature is greater than 99.9 (in Fahrenheit only), the one-tenth
precision is maintained but is not displayed. Each knotch on the adjust-
ment knob then increases or decreases the temperature by one tenth of
a degree.
2. Temperatures can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit units. To
change the default units, use internal switch # 2.
3. When the temperature drops below -9.9, the negative sign is dis-
played separately, alternating with the numerical value.
Viewing Temperature Extremes
One way of checking if the controller is properly set up is to look at the
maximum and minimum temperatures. If the difference between the
two is high, temperature fluctuations in the building may be too high.
Check the parameter settings to fix the problem in that case.
Set the selection knob to OUTSIDE T
o
ROOM T
accordingly. The current temperature is
displayed.
Turn the adjustment knob one knotch to the
right to display the minimum temperature recorded
since the last reset.
Turn the adjustment knob one knotch further to the right to display
the maximum temperature recorded since the last reset.
Turn the adjustment knob one knotch further to the right to display
the current temperature once again.
If the adjustment knob is turned counterclockwise, the display se-
quence is reversed (current T
o
-maximum-minimum-current T
o
or
o
).
