• Power supply voltage:1~230 V AC, 50 Hz, DIN IEC 60038.
• Mains protection: see name plate,
• Pump/system must be earthed according to the regulations.
CAUTION! Risk of damage to the pump
The pump must be completely disconnected from the power supply at the
system switchbox during insulation tests with a high-voltage generator.
• If available, the control cable (Fig. 1, Pos. 7) is permanently connected to the
pump with the same plug (Fig. 1, Pos. 9) as used for the power supply cable.
The control cable must be fed to the system switchbox via a cable connection.
Ensure cable strain relief and tightness against dripping/condensation water.
If required, the cable can be fitted with a drip-water drainage loop to avoid
water remaining on the cable connection. The control cable comprises the
control functions (Fig. 4b):
• Wire No.1 (brown):0 - 10 V Signal earth (GND)
• Wire No.2 (white):0 - 10 V Signal
• Wire No.3 (blue):SSM
• Wire No.4 (black):SSM
• SSM: The collective fault signal is designed as a potential-free NC contact
(closed, without current).
Contact load:
• minimum permitted: 12 V DC, 10 mA,
• maximum permitted: 250 V AC, 1 A.
• Switching frequency:
• On/Off switching via mains voltage ≤ 20 / 24 h
• On/Off switching via 0...10 V ≤ 20 / h
• All connection wires must be laid so that they do not touch the pipes and/or the
pump or motor housing under any circumstances.
