milk container.
3. Pour in the desired amount of milk.
Always make sure that the minimum
capacity (100 ml) is reached and that
the maximum capacity (250 ml) is
not exceeded to prevent overheating
and overflowing. Add cocoa or instant
drinking chocolate to the milk in the
container. You should not use more
than 50 g at maximum capacity.
4. Use the lid to close the milk container.
5. Centre the filled milk container on the
magnetic heating plate of the base
station and insert the power plug into
the socket
6. Activate the programme for drinking
chocolate by pressing the operating
button (see section on programme
selection). The stirring and frothing
process begins after activation.
After 37 minutes (depending on
the filling quantity and the milk's

Attention, the container is very
hot after heating milk – danger
of burns!
NOTE: Overheating protection
The builtin overheating protection
monitors the motor and appliance
temperature. If milk has just been heated,
it is not possible to restart the stirring
and heating process immediately. The
appliance must first cool down somewhat
before it can be used again.
If the filling quantity is too low, the
overheating protection can automatically
switch the motor off. Therefore, always
pay attention to the minimum and
maximum filling capacities (100250 ml).
Tips for perfect milk froth
1. Fat content of milk: For milk froth

3.5% fat.
2. Freshness of the milk: Fresh milk is
more difficult to froth than longlife
milk. For consistent froth quality, long
life milk is best.
3. Temperature of the milk: The best
froth results are achieved using
refrigerated milk.
4. Other types of milk: You can use
