Indicates when the battery
of the remote control unit is
weak.
If this symbol lights up, the
keylock is activated.
The levo hook is in contact
with the lifting device, i.e.
the optionally integrated
magnetic module has
attracted an iron-containing
object such as a lifting eye.
The information symbols light up for short period when the
button „Status levo hook" was pushed (exception: „Radio
control battery level" will light up when any button is pushed).
*Adjusting the transmitting signal (reach):
The radio control unit comes with a factory preset medium
transmitting signal (range) of approx. 50m. The transmitting
signal may be adjusted as follows: Hold down the status +
light button simultaneously until the battery status display on
the remote control begins to flash. Use the status query (+)
and hook lighting buttons (–) to adjust the transmitting signal.
If one green LED lights up, the transmitting signal is weakest.
If all LEDs light up, the transmitting signal is strongest. The
setting mode will terminate automatically after a certain period.
If the display ceases to flash, the setting mode terminates and
the new setting applies. Please note that a stronger transmitting
signal will shorten the lifespan of the integrated battery (button
cell).
5.4 Connecting the pewag levo hook
with the radio control unit
To operate the pewag levo hook with the radio control unit,
you must first connect the two devices. To do this, proceed as
follows:
1. Switch off the levo hook. Hold
down the on/off button until the
status display on the battery
begins to flash. The device is
now in connection mode.
2. On the radio control unit, press
the „status query" button to
perform the connection process
When the connection has been
performed successfully, the
status display on the battery will
give one long flash. The radio
control unit is now connected.
Section 2 may be repeated for
as many radio control units as
necessary.
3. To end the connection mode,
press the on/off button again.
This process must be completed
for every levo hook and every radio
control unit
Please note that one radio control
unit may be connected with several
levo hooks (= hook network, see
chapter 5.5). Several radio control
units may also be linked to one or
several levo hooks.
