4. Designated use and
technical data
levo hooks are designed exclusively for the lifting and
transporting of loads, which may be lifted and lowered via radio
control. The system is a connecting link between the crane
hook and the load and/or the lifting device.
4.1 pewag levo hook
Load
The hook may only be loaded at the bearing area and in a
vertical direction (fig. xx), with the maximum load capacity as
specified on the identification plate.

Operating temperature:
The long-term permitted operating range for the basis set is
-20°C to +60°C (-4°F to 140°F).
Shock-loading
The hook may only be loaded vertically and must not be
subject to shock-loading. Collisions of the suspended hook
of any kind (when under load or when not under load) are not
permitted.

IP 65 (except for radio control, charging station and multi-
adapter)

On the casing side of the pewag levo hook, there is an
identification plate with the following information:
• Model
• Year of construction
• Serial number
• Load capacity
• Safety factor
• CE marking
• Manufacturer
The information on the identification plate must be legible at all
times.
