OPERATION
Change the anvil rotation direction with the Forward/Reverse Switch (A) to
either loosen or tighten the nut or bolt.
1. Connect the air ratchet to the air hose.
2. Place the socket over the fastener, grip the air ratchet firmly and gently
squeeze the trigger.
a. If the tool stalls while tightening, do not raise the output pressure
of the air compressor above 90 PSI. Pressure above 90 PSI will
strip the workpiece and damage the tool, potentially causing tool
failure and serious injury. Use other appropriate methods and
tools to tighten the nut.
3. This tool will stop operation/rotation a few seconds after the trigger is
released.
4. When the fastener is tightened or loosened, release the trigger and
remove the tool and socket.
5. Use a mechanical torque wrench to check the fastener torque after
tightening.
6. When finished with the tool, turn off the air compressor, discharge any
residual air remaining in the tool and disconnect the air hose. Put the
air ratchet away in a safe storage area.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier
to control and will have fewer problems.
2. Inspect the tool fittings, alignment, hoses and power supply cord
periodically. Have damaged or worn components repaired or replaced by an
authorized technician. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
3. Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.
4. Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
5. Keep the tool clean, dry and free from oil/grease at all times.
6. Maintain the tool's labels and name plates. These carry important
information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for
replacements.
