3. Installer davantage de boulons de carrosserie (D) et
de boutons de poignée (C) afin de fixer la poignée
supérieure (A) sur la poignée inférieure (E).

Installation du déflecteur de goulotte et
de la tête du rotateur de goulotte
1. Placer le déflecteur de goulotte au haut de la base
de la goulotte, l'ouverture d'évacuation orientée vers
l'avant de la machine.
2. Placer la tête du rotateur de goulotte (A) sur le
support de la goulotte (B). Si nécessaire, faire
pivoter l'assemblage de la goulotte pour aligner les
goupilles sous la tête du rotateur de goulotte avec
les trous du support de goulotte.
3. Placer la tête du rotateur de la goulotte sur la
goupille (C) et le goujon fileté (D) du support de
montage (E).

4. Fixer un contre-écrou (F) sur le goujon fileté et
serrer.

5. Fixer le câble du rotateur rotateur (H) à la poignée
inférieure à l'aide du collier double (G).

Installation de la télécommande du
déflecteur de goulotte
1. Fixer la console du câble (A) sur la goulotte
d'éjection au moyen d'un boulon de carrosserie (B)
et d'un contre-écrou 5/16-18 (D). Serrer le boulon.
2. Installer l'œillet du câble de télécommande (E) sur le
déflecteur de goulotte (F) avec un boulon à
épaulement (G) et une rondelle en nylon (C), puis
serrer-le tout au moyen d'un contre-écrou ¼-20 (K).
L'œillet du câble ne sera pas serré sur le boulon à
épaulement.

If the spark plug is dirty, clean it and make sure that
the electrode gap is correct, see

Replace the spark plug if it is necessary.
To inspect the augers and the scraper
bar
1. Before each use, inspect the augers and the scraper
bar for wear.
2. If the edge of the scraper bar is worn, reverse the
scraper bar. If the scraper bar has damages or is
worn on both edges, replace it.

3. If the edges of the augers are worn, contact an
authorized service center to replace them.
To replace the auger shear pins
The auger shear pins protect the product from damage.
The auger shear pins break if an object comes into the

moving parts.
CAUTION Use only original equipment
shear pins supplied with the product.
1. If an auger shear pin breaks, stop the engine and
wait for the moving parts to stop.
2. Remove the ON/OFF key and disconnect the spark
plug cable.
3. Align the hole in the auger hub (B) with the hole in
the auger shaft (C) and install a new ¼ - 20 x 2
shear pin (A)

4. Install a ¼-20 locknut (D) and tighten.

5. Put the ON/OFF key in the ignition and connect the
spark plug cable to the spark plug.
To replace the impeller shear pins
The impeller shear pins protect the product from
damage. The impeller shear pins break if an object
comes into the moving parts.
CAUTION Use only original equipment
shear pins supplied with the product.
1. If an impeller shear pin breaks, stop the engine and
wait for the moving parts to stop.
2. Remove the ON/OFF key and disconnect the spark
plug cable.
3. Align the hole in the impeller hub (A) with the holes
in the impeller shaft (B) and install a new ¼-20 shear
pin (C).
