6.2 Reservoir
The container can withstand explosion pressure in accordance with TRT 006, and may
only be filled with inflammable liquids when it is free from defects. It must therefore
be checked regularly for damage or corrosion.
A damaged or faulty container must never remain in use!
6.3 Dirt Traps and Filters
The dirt traps and filters must be cleaned at regular intervals, and their proper func-
tioning must be checked:
Filter/water separator in the site's compressed air distribution system

Filter/water separator at the device's compressed air connection
•
Fuel filter in the pump unit
•
6.4 Pressure regulator
Proper function and correct adjustment of the compressed air regulator must be
checked at regular intervals. It is adjusted in accordance with Section 4.2.
6.5 Pump
The compressed air pump has a RESET switch, which returns the membrane in the
pump chamber to its start-up position. It is accessible from the outside and can be
operated with, for instance, a screwdriver with a maximum diameter of 4 mm (see il-
lustration 4.).

6.6 Wheels
The wheels of the TankQuick provide for potential equalisation to earth. They are also
to be cleaned and inspected for damage regularly.
The TankQuick is not to be operated if conductive contact with the ground cannot be
ensured.
Therefore, exclusively spare wheels procured from the manufacturer may be mount-
ed!
6.7 Type Plate and Warning Signs
The warning signs attached to the device and the type plate must be well legible.
Dirty signs must be cleaned, and replaced if necessary.
