- Page 8 POSA DELLA PIASTRA DI FISSAGGIO Preparare una cassa matta di dimensioni maggiori alla piastra di fissaggio e inserirla nello scavo. La cassa matta deve sporgere di 50 mm dal livello del suolo. Inserire una griglia di ferro all’interno della cassa matta per armare il cemento. Inserire le viti nella piastra di fissaggio e bloccarle con i dadi.
- Page 9 Togliere la cassa matta e riempire di terra lo scavo attorno al blocco di cemento. Togliere i dadi dalle viti. Inserire i cavi elettrici nei tubi fino a farli uscire di 600 mm circa.
- Page 10 PREPARAZIONE DELL'AUTOMAZIONE Rimuovere il coperchio frontale e il coperchio dell'automazione. Posizionare l'automazione sopra la piastra di fissaggio. Attenzione! I cavi elettrici devono passare sotto la cassa dell'automazione e non devono entrare in contatto con parti che possono riscaldarsi durante l’uso (motore, trasformatore, ecc.). Sollevare l'automazione di 5÷10 mm dalla piastra agendo sui piedini filettati per permettere eventuali regolazioni successive tra pignone e cremagliera.
- Page 11 FISSAGGIO DELLA CREMAGLIERA Se la cremagliera c’è già, procedere direttamente alla regolazione della distanza di accoppiamento pignone-cremagliera, altrimenti procedere con il fissaggio: - sbloccare il motoriduttore; - appoggiare la cremagliera sopra il pignone del motoriduttore; - saldare o fissare la cremagliera al cancello in tutta la sua lunghezza. Per assemblare i moduli della cremagliera, utilizzarne un pezzo di scarto appoggiandolo sotto il punto di giuntura e bloccandolo con due morsetti.

- Page 36 FITTING THE ANCHORING PLATE Set up a foundation frame that is larger than the anchoring plate and sink it into the dug hole. The foundation frame must jut out by 50 mm above ground level. Fit an iron cage into the foundation frame to reinforce the concrete. Fit the bolts into the anchoring plate and tighten them using the nuts.
- Page 37 Remove the foundation frame and fill the hole with earth around the concrete block. Remove the nuts from the bolts. Fit the electric cables into the tubes so that they come out about 600 mm.

The electric cables must pass under the gearmotor casing and must not touch any parts that may overheat during use, such as the motor or the transformer, and so on).
- Page 39 FASTENING THE RACK If the rack is already set up, the next step should be to adjust the rack-and-pinion coupling distance, otherwise, fasten it: - release the gear motor; - rest the rack above the gearmotor pinion; - weld or fasten the rack to the gate along its entire length. To assemble the rack modules, use an extra piece and rest it under the joint, then fasten it using two clamps.
