Direction-of-Rotation (Forward/Center-Lock/Reverse) Selector
WARNING
Your tool is equipped with a direction-of-rotation selector. This selector is designed to change
the direction of rotation of the bit and to lock the trigger in the "OFF" (center-lock) position.
a) Position the direction-of-rotation selector to the right for forward rotation.
b) Position the direction-of-rotation selector to the left for reverse rotation.
c) Position the selector in the "OFF" (center-lock) position to help to reduce the possibility of
accidental starting when the tool is not in use (Fig. 3).
NOTICE:
To prevent gear damage, always allow the screwdriver to come to a complete stop
before changing the direction of rotation.
NOTICE:
The screwdriver will not operate unless the direction-of-rotation selector is fully
engaged to indicate either forward or reverse.

Trigger Switch
Your tool is equipped with a trigger switch with room for two fingers for more comfortable
operation and better control.
The tool can be turned "ON" by depressing the trigger switch, or "OFF" by releasing the trigger
switch (Fig. 4).

After tool use, lock the direction-of-rotation selector in the "OFF"
position (center-lock) to help prevent accidental starting .
