ing from minimum to maxi-
mum output and vice versa
Burner goes into lockout dur-
ing operation
The burner does not switch
10 blinks
on, and the lockout appears

No blink
The burner does not start
The burner continues to
repeat the start-up cycle,
without lockout

pressure:
15 - Air pressure switch incorrectly adjusted. . . . . . . . . . . . .
16 - Pressure switch pressure test point pipe blocked . . . . .
17 - Poorly adjusted head . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

23 - Permanent flame in the combustion head or . . . . . . . .
flame simulation
24 - Defective or incorrectly adjusted servomotor. . . . . . . . .
25 - The operation solenoid lets little gas through . . . . . . . .
26 - Ionisation probe incorrectly adjusted . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
27 - Insufficient ionisation (less than 5 A) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
28 - Earth probe . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
29 - Burner poorly grounded . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
30 - Phase and neutral connections inverted . . . . . . . . . . . .
31 - Defective flame detection circuit . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

36 - Presence of electromagnetic disturbances in the thermo-
stat lines
37 - Presence of electromagnetic disturbance
38 - No electrical power supply . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
39 - A limiter or safety control device is open . . . . . . . . . . . .
40 - Line fuse blocked . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
41 - Defective control box . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
42 - No gas supply . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
43 - Mains gas pressure insufficient . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
44 - Minimum gas pressure switch fails to close. . . . . . . . . .
45 - Servomotor fails to move to min. ignition position . . . . .
46 - The gas pressure in the gas mains lies very close to the
value to which the minimum gas pressure switch has
been set. The sudden drop in pressure after valve open-
ing causes temporary opening of the pressure switch
itself, the valve immediately closes and the burner
comes to a halt. Pressure increases again, the pressure
switch closes again and the ignition cycle is repeated.
And so on
