– Swing open the lashing eye -A-.
– Hook the threaded hook -2- into the lashing eye as depicted.
– Put a washer -6- onto the threaded hook.
– Push the partition grille -1- onto the threaded hook.
– Screw the star head nut -12- together with the washer -6- onto
the threaded hook.
– Correspondingly fix the partition grille with the threaded hook
-3- to the right lashing eye.
– Align the partition grille and tighten all mounting points
-arrows-.
– Tilt back the rear seat backrests.
Note
Make sure that the backrests click into place correctly and the
headrests do not rest against the partition grille. If necessary, re-
adjust the divider by means of the threaded rods on the bottom
fasteners.
– Re-install the luggage compartment cover.
Note
After a short trip, check all screwed connections and re-tight‐

en, if necessary.
Re-check all screwed connections at regular intervals.

CAUTION !
♦ Transportation of persons behind the partition grille is not
permitted!
♦ The head restraints must always be set correctly accord‐
ing to the head height of the seat occupant.
♦ Heavy loads have to be secured with lashing straps!
