Prior to spraying, it must be verified that the
i
spray material is flowing freely through their
respective hoses. Follow the steps in this section.
1. Place a 5-gallon container of spray material into their
respective places on the the hopper plate.
2. Remove the 5-gallon container lids and replace them with
the lids that comes with the system.
3. Insert the siphon hoses through the holes in the lid and
into the spray material. Do the same with the bleed hoses.
4. Make sure all valves are in the appropriate position for
priming (refer to section 3.4 for valve locations) :
opeN
Hydraulic motor shutoff "A"
Hydraulic motor shutoff "B"
Relief valve "A"
Relief valve "B"
5. Turn the pressure control knob on the dashboard fully
counterclockwise to its lowest pressure setting.
6. Start the engine (refer to section 5.1).
7. Spray material will circulate from their respective bleed
hoses back into their containers. Allow the spray material
to flow for 10-15 seconds.
Priming is now complete. The engine can keep running
and the system is ready for spraying.

Make sure the area being sprayed has been
i
properly prepared and marked for its particular
spraying job.
It is recommended that some practice runs
be made on a large piece of waste paper or
cardboard prior to applying material to the
actual surface.
1. Before starting, make sure all the valves are in their
appropriate positions:
opeN
Hydraulic motor shutoff "A"
Hydraulic motor shutoff "B"
Relief valve "A"
Relief valve "B"
2. Turn the pressure control knob fully clockwise to its
highest setting.
3. Set the regulator on the pressurized bead tank to 30 PSI.
This is a recommended starting point. Adjust as needed.
4. Close the "A" side relief valve. This will start the flow of the
"A" side spray material to the mixing block.
5. Immediately close the "B" side relief valve. This will start
the flow of "B" side spray material to the mixing block.
Spraying must take place no more than 2-3
minutes once both of these valves are closed.
Otherwise material will mix together in the
Attention
mixing block and travel to the mixing tube and
set up, rendering the system inoperable.
