Programme mode "Service"

In this programme mode, service intervals can be
managed and information can be accessed.
The following functions are available:
Displaying the elapsed operating hours
Displaying the time until the regeneration fil-
ter must be exchanged
Password entry for deleting the maintenance
interval display
Also refer to chapter "Care and maintenance" (clean-
ing of the ozone recycling filter).

Programme mode "Manual"

The programme mode "Manual" offers various func-
tions, e. g. for operation in ventilation shafts. This op-
tion is unsuitable for conventional room treatment.
This special programme mode offers three preset
time periods or individual duration of treatment.
After the room treatment is complete, the room air
is not regenerated. This means that after finishing of
the treatment cycle, the ozone concentration is not
reduced. The treated room (tunnel or similar) must
therefore not be entered. Please refer to chapter "De-
commissioning".
The programme mode "Manual" can only be used
when entering an activation code. If you require this
code, please contact the Trotec customer service.

Make sure that all safety meas-
ures, as described in the chapter
"Special safety instructions for
the operation of ozone genera-
tors", are always complied with!

When carrying out a cleaning cycle, please proceed
as follows:
1. Close all openings of the room to be treated.
The room must be sealed in such a way that
no ozone can escape to the environment.
2. Place warning signs indicating the presence
of a high ozone concentration and the risks
related thereto.
3. Make sure that there are no people or animals
in the room to be treated.
4. Place the Airozon Supercracker in the centre
of the room.
5. Connect the power cables and connect the
device to a power supply outside of the room
to be treated. Please observe the technical pa-
rameters.
6. Switch on the device.
7. Enter the respective parameters in the menu
(room size, duration of treatment). Refer to
chapter "Functions and operation".
8. Press "Start" to start the treatment of the
room. The green operation indicator lights up.
Now, you have 75 seconds to leave the room.
After this time has elapsed, the device starts
to generate ozone. During the last 15 seconds,
an alarm signal can be heard. The odour neu-
traliser works fully automatically until the set
cleaning cycle has elapsed.

The duration of the cleaning process is depending on
a number of factors. The aspects to be taken into ac-
