Disposal
10. Replace the old filter element with a new one. Install the
new O-ring supplied and ensure that the O-ring is correctly
fitted.
11. Re-attach the automatic backwashing system (push in the
bayonet-type connector and rotate it by 90 °).
12. Re-attach the drain hose to the bottom of the filter.
13. Screw in the black plastic plug on the top of the filter by
hand.
14. Close the technical cabinet.

Cleaning the dirt trap in the vat
1. Open the cabin doors.
CAUTION
Risk of damage to the MFC 7000
► Do not step into the vat, on the sieve or on the heaters.
2. Remove the base plates on the side of the technical wall.
3. Remove the sieve from the vat and clean it under running
water with a soft brush.
4. Replace the sieve and base plates.

Adjusting the locking of the full face masks
1. Fix the drum with the locking
pin.
2. Loosen the lock nuts on both
sides of the pressure piece of
the clamping bracket.
3. Readjust the pressure pieces
on both sides so that the
clamping bracket is locked in
the upper holding position.
Make sure that the clamping
bracket is not too difficult to
release from the upper locking
device.
4. Retighten the lock nuts. Make
sure that the locking device is
not altered.

of in accordance with locally applicable rules and regulations.
