Program step
Description
Heat up system In this program step, the cabin and the
washed items are heated to the preset
temperature value.
The air heating and the water heating are
activated for this purpose. The water in the
vat is pumped through the selected spray
nozzles (cabin or trolley) by the main pump
during the pulse time.
The program step is exited if the current
water temperature is above the target water
temperature for at least 10 seconds and at
the same time the air temperature in the
cabin is 3 °C below the target air
temperature for at least 10 seconds.
If the target temperature is not reached
within the preset time (30 minutes), the
MFC 7000 goes into fault mode and
displays an error on the touchscreen.
Dosing
In this program step, the detergent/disin-
detergent
fectant is dosed from the respective
1, 2 or 3
container into the vat in the specified
(optional)
concentration; at the same time, the water is
circulated via the main pump.
The program step is ended when dosing is
completed.
Cleaning and
The washed itemsare cleaned and disin-
disinfecting
fected in this program step. For this
purpose, both the main pump and the
selected spray nozzles are activated.
The program step is time- and temperature-
controlled. The set time does not continue to
run if the actual temperature of the water is
3 °C below the target temperature value.
Only when the actual temperature value is
back within the target range does the time
continue to run.
The program step is ended when the step
time has expired. The program step time
can be paused for a maximum of 10 minutes
in total; if it is more than 10 minutes the
program step will be canceled.
Purging
In this program step, the washed itemsare
rinsed after cleaning and disinfection. Both
the main pump and the selected spray
nozzles are activated.
The program step is ended when the step
time has expired.

Description
Pumping out
In this program step, the vat is pumped out
until it is empty. When pumping out, the
automatic backwashing system of the filter
is also automatically activated for 25
seconds to clean the filter. When the CPS
trolley is used, the suit pump is automati-
cally operated once for 15 seconds. With the
suit pump pressure switch option, the suit
pump pumps until the pressure sensor
detects a pressure drop.
As soon as the sensor LS1 is displayed in
gray, the pump continues to run for a certain
time and is then stopped. If the sensor LS1
still detects water within 5 minutes, the
MFC 7000 goes into fault mode and
displays an error on the touchscreen.
Drying
The washed items are dried in this program
step. The cabin is heated up by means of
the fan and the air heater. Regulation of the
cabin temperature around the preset target
value takes place. In addition, the CPS is
pumped out every 5 minutes for 5 seconds
(fixed parameter, cannot be changed). With
the suit pump pressure switch option, the
suit pump pumps until the pressure sensor
detects a pressure drop.
The program step is ended when the step
time has expired.
Fill LS2 vat
In this program step, the vat is filled with
fresh water until the level sensor LS2 is
activated.
The program step is ended when the sensor
LS2 detects water. If the sensor LS2 does
not detect water within 10 minutes, the
MFC 7000 goes into fault mode and
displays an error on the touchscreen.
This program step is only used in the test
program.
Program end
This program step signals the successful
ending of the wash procedure. The program
step must be set when creating a wash
procedure, so that the controller can detect
the end of the procedure. Afterwards, the
washed items can be removed from the
MFC 7000.
