Battery pack too old and consumed.
Protective electronics limit the power.
Solution
Allow the rechargeable battery to cool off
and reconnect the charging device.
Warm up battery slowly at 15-25°C, then
connect the charging device.
Disconnect charging device from battery.
Please contact Customer Service for more
exact information.
Disconnect battery from the consumer,
connect the charging device and allow it to
charge.
Check the poles of the battery and clean, if
necessary.
If the contacts are defective, please contact
Customer Service.
Allow the battery to cool off and put it back
into operation.

Battery pack should be replaced.
