Cleaning and storage
ATTENTION!
❐ The cutter blade is very sharp! Be careful when handling the device!
❐ Clean the device after every use to prevent the build-up of germs.
❐ Never touch the device, the cord or the plug with wet hands.
❐ Allow the device to cool off completely before you clean it.
❐ Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads to clean the device.
They could damage the surface.
❐ The device and the accessories are not suitable for the dishwasher!
1. Take the fi nger guard off of the device for cleaning and pull the slide up.
5. Clean all parts with clean, warm water and a small amount of mild detergent.
6. Let everything dry completely, reassemble the device and turn the control for setting
the slice thickness to 0 mm (turn it clockwise up to the stop point).
7. Store the device in a dry, clean area that is not accessible to children.

2. Loosen the locking screw in the middle of the cutter bla-
de by turning it anticlockwise. Then carefully remove the
blade.
3. Remove the locking device under the device to disassem-
ble the guide wall. To do so, turn it one quarter revolution
in a counterclockwise direction and pull the locking device
out.
4. Turn the control for setting the slice thickness further out
until the guide wall separates. Carefully remove it.
