1. ANGLE SELECTION
1. Select a hole for a larger angle.
2. Insert the angle pin.
2. INVERSION FOR BEGINNERS
1. Place your feet on the leg roller and grip the upper handrail over your head with your hands.
2. Press the leg roller down with your feet to slowly push the upper body downwards.
Remain in this position for 1 to 2 minutes.
CAUTION:
If you have difficulty moving your upper body backwards, push your hips forward, so that you can push
the leg roller down with greater force. Hold the upper handrail for stability.
