1. Raise the leg roller with one hand, in order to correctly
align the holes.
2. Next, align the leg roller with the lower angle hole.
3. Insert the angle pin with your free hand.
4. Remain sitting on the device while gripping the lateral handrails.
Place the soles of your feet on the leg roller at an angle.
5. Lean your upper body back until you achieve an angle of 45°.
Then return to the starting position.
