5. Display Operation Mode
For normal operation set the Power Mode to Standard. Set to Eco for energy-efficient operation. Note that, in Eco
mode the RS232/LAN Commands will not work when the display is in standby mode. You can also set your
preference for the HDMI Wake Up feature here. Refer to Power Up Settings for more information on the options
of this menu. After settings are completed, highlight Next and press OK.
6. Network/Internet Settings
Configure your display's network settings using the options in this menu:
Wired Connection
Connect the display to a network using an Ethernet cable before proceeding with the wired connection. Set the
Network Type option to Wired Device. Use the Advanced Settings menu options to set the IP and DNS parameters
manually. Highlight Save and press OK to save settings when complete. You can also enable or disable the
Network Standby Mode feature by setting this option accordingly. This allows a device to be turned on or
woken up by a network message when it is in standby mode. Refer to Network Standby Mode section for more
information. Connection status information will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Wireless Connection
Set the Network Type option to Wireless Device. Refer to the Network & Internet for detailed information on how
to use this menu. After the settings are completed, press the Back/Return button to return to the initial setup.
Highlight Next and press OK.
7. Manufacturer Usage & Diagnostics
You will be asked to consent to the collection of your data. Read the text on the screen for detailed information.
Highlight Accept and press OK to give your consent. To skip without giving your consent, select Skip. When
the initial setup is completed Home Screen will be displayed. You can repeat the initial setup process and
reset the display's settings to the factory defaults anytime using the Display Reset option in the Display Settings
> Signage Settings menu.
Note: You will be asked to enter the PIN to perform initial set up. If you didn't define a PIN during the initial setup, you can use the
default PIN: 0000.
