How to Install & Use FineVu Player
FineVu player is a software to play video files recorded from FineVu dash cam.
Please download and install FineVu Player from the FineVu website.
Main Screen
When you run FineVu player after the installation is completed, the
following screen is displayed

It is the main screen where the recorded video is played.

The location is displayed on the map if the recorded video contains GPS information.

The driving speed is displayed if the recorded video contains GPS information.

The G-Sensor value or driving speed is graphed.

This menu allows you to play and back up the videos as well as set up the players.

This menu supports users to analyze recorded videos.

It displays the list of recorded videos, administrative district etc.

View Recorded Video on PC
1. Take the MicroSD card out of the product, insert it into the adapter, and connect it to
the PC using the reader.
2. When connecting to the PC, a USB drive or a new disk drive is created in the PC.
3. You can play or view the saved video files by clicking respective folders.
4. The recorded video can be played with a commercial player or FineVu player, a
dedicated PC viewer. (To see GPS information and G-Sensor information on the
recorded video, you need to play it with a dedicated FineVu player.)
Firmware Update
1. Download the latest firmware from the website. www.FineVu.com)
2. Take the MicroSD card out of the product, insert it into the adapter, and connect it to
the PC using the reader.
3. When connecting to the PC, a USB drive or a new disk drive is created in the PC.
(It is recommended to format the MicroSD card if it was used in other devices before
updating.)
4. Decompress the downloaded firmware and copy it to the top root of the MicroSD card.
5. After inserting the copied MicroSD card into the product, turn on the power of the
vehicle (ACC On) or start the engine to turn on the product.
6. Firmware update is executed automatically.
7. Once the firmware update is completed normally, the product will reboot automatically.
A good way to manage your MicroSD card!
1. Latest firmware update If you always update the firmware version to the latest version,
you can minimize errors in the dash cam by stabilizing the system.
2. Periodic recording check The recorded video may be deleted over time and, therefore,
check the recorded videos regularly and make sure to back up important videos.
3. Memory card warranty Memory cards are consumables with limited usage due to
continuous video recording and, therefore, periodic inspection or replacement is
required.
4. The free warranty period for a memory card is 6 months, and if there is a defect in the
memory card after that, you need to purchase another card.
• Tuning off the product or removing the MicroSD card during firmware update may cause product failure or loss
of stored images.
• Firmware updates must be done with a MicroSD card.
• Firmware files are automatically deleted after the update is completed.
• Before updating, it is recommended to back up important video files in the MicroSD card. (The card may be
formatted depending on system changes during updates.)
• Even if you format the MicroSD card on your PC, please format it again according to the system when inserting
it into the dash cam.
