PROBLEM
The audio indicator contin-
ues sounding.
The battery indicators are
still on when the mower is
turned off.
The LCD screen fails to be
illuminated with all icons on.
The mower cuts unevenly,
with significant height dif-
ference front to rear.
The actual grass cutting
height is not aligned with
the claimed height.
The mower does not mulch
properly.
CAUSE
◾
The mower is in Limp-home mode and the blades
are not turned off.
◾
The mower stops driving on a slope and the
operator opens the lap bars and is off the seat
without setting the parking-brake pedal at the
braking position.
◾
When the mower is turned off on level ground
without removing the battery pack(s) from
the mower, the battery indicators will remain
illuminated for 1h.
◾
When the mower is turned off on a slope without
setting the parking-brake at the braking position,
the battery indicators will keep on until the battery
charge is depleted. The audio indicator keeps
sounding at the same time.
◾
The pressing time on the start/stop button is less
than 3 seconds.
◾
The blades are dull.
◾
The blades are bent.
◾
The mower deck is not leveled, resulting in
different cutting blade height.
◾
The mower deck nuts are loosened on the
suspension linkage (see Fig. 33).
◾
The mower deck is damaged or seriously worn.
◾
Wet grass clippings are sticking to the underside
of the deck.
◾
The mower is set to cut too much grass at once.
