To update the firmware:
1. Tap on the mower icon in the app.
2. In the Status screen, if you see a green
version installed and no action is necessary. If you see a red "UPDATE!" button, tap on it to install the latest
firmware.
3. Follow the app's instructions to complete the firmware update. This step will require you:
a. To NOT SIT on the mower's seat.
b. To quickly press the "Start/Stop" button (or Power button) located next to the safety key on your mower to make
sure that the LCD screen is on.
c. To pull up the red PTO switch on the mower.
H. TO ATTACH THE MULCHING PLUG
(SOLD SEPARATELY)
1. To set up the mower for mulching, lift the side-discharge chute
first, then hook the mulching plug onto the deck opening at the
spots 2, 3, and 4 as shown in Fig. 15. Make sure that all the
hooks are securely fastened in their places and prevent the
mulching plug from moving. Leave the side-discharge chute in
the open position.
2. To remove the mulching plug, separate the movable spring of
the mulching plug from the hook on the deck first and then
remove it from the deck opening. Lower the side-discharge
chute slowly until it rests firmly against the deck.
