USING EGO POWER+ APP WITH YOUR MOWER
Please follow instructions in the chapter "INSTALLING AND SETTING UP THE APP" in "ASSEMBLY" section earlier in this
manual to install the app on your mobile device and connect it to your mower.
The app can do the following while connected to the mower:
◾
Provide projected run time/charge time remaining.
◾
Display remaining charge level of each individual battery pack.
◾
Provide blade rotation speed (RPM) as well as mower's driving speed (mph).
EGO Power+ app exclusively allows the operator to customize some of the functions of the mower that are not accessible
via physical buttons and LCD screen:

The app can be used as a remote key instead of the physical safety key.
◾
Toggle a backup alert – allows the operator to choose between the sound alert (beeps), sound alert and flashing
lights, and flashing lights only when the mower is driven in reverse.
◾
Daylight lights – allows the operator to turn the running lights on, off, or gradually turn on and off in an animated
sequence.
◾
Set a headlight delay – allows the operator to set how long the headlights remain on after the mower is turned off.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR MOWING AND DRIVING EXPERIENCE
For the best mowing experience, we recommend customizing the following settings depending on your situation.
Select Your DRIVING MODE:
The driving modes determine how sensitive the mower is to user's actions.
CONTROL mode offers slower acceleration, less sensitive handling, and mild turning speed to protect the grass. This
mode is perfect for new users.
STANDARD mode is perfect for everyday use.
SPORT mode offers faster acceleration, responsive handling, and sharp turning to maximize the mowing area. This mode
is recommended for more experienced users.
Note: SPORT mode will improve driving experience on a slope.

Select among CONTROL, STANDARD, and SPORT driving modes by sequentially pressing the "MODE" button below
the LCD screen.
◾
NOTE: The driving mode cannot be adjusted during driving. The change will take effect only when the mower comes
to a complete stop and the lap bars are open.
Select your BLADE SPEED MODE:
Level 1: ECO mode provides the lowest noise level and longest run time from your battery packs.
Level 2: Standard mode: for normal condition cutting, best balance between performance and run time.
Level 3 & 4: Heavy duty mode: for tall grass or extremely wet grass condition.
