4.4 Oil level HP pump
•
As the pump is placed horizontally, the oil level
should be visible in the middle of the red point.
NB: The gauge is positioned at the back of the pump, if it
is visually inaccessible, inspect with the help of a mirror
or a smartphone camera.
•
If necessary, adjust the level by using exclusively

•
Check that the air-intake hole of the pump casing, placed in the centre of the filler cap, isn't clogged.
4.5 HP pump oil change
This should be carried out every year and each time that an anomaly is detected: strong persistent
emulsion (foam) visible via the gauge even after stopping of the unit, accidental introduction of water in the
pump casing, accidental and prolonged over speed of the pump.
•
Remove the front cover of the machine and lift the membranes to ease access to the oil drain hose and
the top of the HP pump.
•
Open the filler plug and check that the air-intake hole of the pump casing, placed in the center of the filler
cap, isn't clogged. Clear it if necessary.
•
Loosen the oil drain hose, remove the plug and drain the oil from the carter.
•
Replace the oil change plug and fill up with oil using only original
with the gauge
.

Close the HP pump filling hole.
Gain access to the internals of the machine (not applicable for MODULAR models)
Unscrew and remove the front cover:
Lift the membrane rack and place the support strut:
Refit all parts in reverse order before starting up the machine after maintenance.
