Fan does not work

Cause
• There may be failure either in one or
more of the phases (R,S,T)
• Machine may be overheated and
stopped for auto protection
• Both there is failure either in one or
more of phases, and machine is
overheated
• There may be failure in phase (T)
which is connected to fan
• Fuse F1 may be blown out
• Fan motor may be short circuited
• Check the connections of phases
Solution
(R,S,T). You can go on welding after
error message disappear
• Wait for a while for machine to cool
down. You can go on welding after
error message disappear
• Check the connections of phases
(R,S,T) and wait for a while for
machine to cool down. You can go on
welding after error messages
disappear
• Check the phase (T) which is
connected to fan.
• Change the fuse (1A- Delayed)
• Change the fuse (1A- Delayed)
