Initial operation:
The 30EA and 50EA series nutrunners have been configured
prior to shipment. A setting for your specific application must
be made with the controller by qualified
initial operation can vary depending on the programming of
the controller. Refer to the controller Programming Manual
for assistance.
→ Make sure the tool cable is securely attached to the tool
and controller.
→ Make sure the controller is powered on and properly
programmed.

→ Confirm the correct spindle rotation by looking at the
tool's 'CW/CCW indicator light'
→ Place the socket on the application and depress the start
switch to begin the rundown.
→ Only release the start switch after the tool shuts off and
the rundown evaluation was indicated by either the tool
or the controller.
→ The rundown cycle is now complete, remove the tool from
the application.
Maintenance
Implement a comprehensive safety maintenance program
to provide regular inspection for all phases of tool operation
and power supply.
Daily:
→ Visual inspection of all cables and connections.
→ Visual inspection of all external tool components.
→ Check the tool for excessive vibration or unusual noise.
